Isn't she a beauty? If it was really lonely at the top, it wouldn't have two seats. It's a Suzuki X-90 4X4and it was leased through AUTOBYTEL (R) & Freshwater Suzuki of St. Johns/Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada. Now, of course, I'm not driving because of the last stroke.____________________________ Through a misunderstanding, I was told that "Wage Loss Insurance" was not available "In Canada." So at the time of signing, it was not included. Because Academy Canada continued to pay me until the end of my contract (explained on another page), I was able to keep up my payments until August 1997. One year remained and there was less than 10,000 klms (6213.88 miles) on the car. Now get this.
Much appreciated Suzuki/Ford, thanks.
If you or your company really cares about your employees you'll want to contact these folk, their various types of coverage do make a life or death difference. Believe me is no fun waking up at three in the morning to find one half of your body is completely paralyzed. I you don't wake up at all you won't have to worry about anything. Not being a pregnant; unwed, mother, social services in Canada, on the opposite side of the "Loony", we not at first not equipped to be of much assistance in helping me as a male. After all, all we have to do is "GET OFF OUR FAT ASSES AND GO OUT AND GET A JOB!!! YA LAZY BUM!!!" In Newfoundland there's a lot of Crown Land which is virtually landlord free, and I may yet be forced to head into the bush. As long as Sun Life's Benefits hit my bank I will be able to afford this bachelor apartment, fill the fridge, and continue my VISA payments. You know -- life and stuff. But in fairness, after further medical verification Human Resources Canada was able to assist with a Permanent Disability Pension which for now keeps my landlady happy and fills the fridge. The fly in the ointment, which was my own fault was that the pension is taxable so they don't really provide as much coverage as they say they do and I was caught with a $1600 tax demand or claw-back if you like. To avoid this in the future I have my bank make monthly deductions and hold them in a reserve account for Revenue Canada. Revenue Canada has always been super, at least for me, my entire life and have in fact saved me a lot of money and grief over the years all across Canada. The Newfoundlanders in the St. John's Taxation Center have to be the icing on the cake, but you'll find that about Newfoundlanders when you get here. If you're going to survive and recuperate from Heart or Stroke events, these are the people you want around you. Last Updated 29/04/2000 16:53:52 -0230 |
