Dear Diary,
Did you ever put in a lot of time
spitting out chunks of your heart while others just pawned it off saying that it was only
Puppy Love? Chances are you have, and guess what? Did the pain ever really go
away, or did you just get a little stronger?
There is another rather sad
melancholy to the whole aspect of love in the 60s; and that is that every now and again
you run across someone you never got to meet and friendships that never could be.

those who walk among us, lightening both our
journey and our path, leaving only the silent gift of caring and perhaps the haunting
melancholy that they are but a dream too far.
You would be very foolish
to pass up this invitation to visit Annie's Place. Songs and memories of the 50s and
60s live there.
